[摘要] The aim of this Notification is to ensure that egg laying hens are healthy and egg products are produced with the right technique and sanitary procedures. It encloses the eggs laid by Gallus gallus domesticus. The Notification further sets forth the egg products’ features and the rules and procedures of preparation, processing, packaging, conservation, storage, transportation and sales.
