Ministerial Decree No. 648 validating the Regulation on licensing of transportation of ethyl alcohol.

[摘要] This Ministerial Decree establishes that transportation of ethyl alcohol (including denatured alcohol) and unbottled spirituous liquors with ethyl alcohol contents of 25 percent and over by automobile transport, by rail, by waterways and by air shall be subject to compulsory licensing by the Federal Alcohol Market Regulation Service. It contains licensing terms and conditions.
