[摘要] This Decree shall apply to typical agroindustrial products, which are defined as those products obtained through traditional processing and conservation methods (art. 1). With a view to protecting and promoting traditional foodstuffs, the Decree provides for the creation, on the one hand, of Regional and Provincial Lists and, on the other hand, of the National List of Traditional Agroindustrial Products.
