Decree No. 414 of the Cabinet of Ministers validating the Regulation on deposit system for recycled packaging materials.

[摘要] This Decree establishes the modalities for reuse through deposit of recycled packaging materials and determines the types of packaging materials and packages to which shall be applicable deposit system, criteria of setting up and operation of deposit system, the amount of payment for deposited packages, the modalities of return of deposited payment, the modalities of registration of reused-recycled packages, and the modalities of reporting in relation to packages inserted in deposit system.
