Third Act amending the Wine Act.

[摘要] The present Act introduces some amendments to the Wine Act (BGBl. I p. 985). In particular, it amends article 34 dealing with use of data from the wine cadastre. Furthermore, it rewords article 43 concerning tax to be paid to the German Wine Fund.
