Regional Law No. 2-322 “On trade of public grain”.

[摘要] This Regional Law regulates trade of grain and derivates thereof pertaining to regional property. The authorized state regional unitary institution “Agricultural regional enterprise” shall carry out trade of grain and derivates thereof at prices that cannot be lower than minimum prices validated by the Regional Administration. Income obtained from trade of public grain and derivates thereof shall be used by the aforesaid institution for purchase of agricultural commodities from regional producer
