[摘要] The aim of this Notification is to ensure that salt is produced with the right technique and sanitary procedures. The Notification covers refined salt intended for human consumption. It defines the product features of salt and the rules and procedures of preparation, processing, packaging, labelling, conservation, storage, transportation and sales. The Notification further covers provisions on additives, contaminants and hygiene.
