Commission Decision 2004/361/EC laying down special conditions for imports of fishery products from Romania.

[摘要] This Decision establishes the requirements to be met by fishery products imported into the European Community from Romania. Each consignment shall be accompanied by a health certificate according to the model contained in Annex I hereto. Furthermore, the fishery products shall come from approved establishments, factory vessels, or cold stores, or from registered freezer vessels listed in Annex II. Article 5 concerns packaging.
