European Communities (Food and Feed Hygiene) Regulations 2009 (S.I. No. 423 of 2009).

[摘要] These Regulations give effect to a number of European Regulations concerning food and feed hygiene legislation, insofar as they relate to the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, revising and consolidating legislation in relation to the production, control and marketing of food and feed. The Regulations define offences for purposes of the implementation of Community legislation.
