[摘要] This Decree lays down rules relative to fishing and fish culture in waters of the Swedish territorial sea and the exclusive economic zone of Sweden and fishing by Swedish vessels outside of Swedish waters. It also contains provisions concerning structural matters of the fisheries sector and market arrangements. It carries into effect in Sweden Community legislation relative to a common fisheries policy.
