[摘要] The purpose of the present Act is to maintain an efficient agriculture and forestry which takes account of the social order, the ecological sustainability and regional harmony, as well as the mountainous areas and other disadvantaged zones. Production, processing and marketing has to be market-oriented, and the productivity of agriculture increased by structural measures.
