Public Health (Slaughterhouses) Regulations (Cap. 189).
[摘要] These Regulations provide rules relative to the slaughter of cattle, sheep, pigs and goats and sale of meat of such animals. They also concern hygienic conditions and inspection of slaughterhouses. Meat (except meat imported into Seychelles and approved for consumption by the Veterinary Officer) shall be sold only if coming from animals slaughtered in designated slaughterhouses. An animal shall be unfit for human consumption if in the opinion of the Inspecting Officer it suffers from any disease
