Commodity Levies (Pipfruit) Order, 2012.

[摘要] This Order imposes a levy on apples and pears that are grown in New Zealand and exported or sold as whole fresh fruit. The levy is payable to the Pipfruit New Zealand Incorporated by growers. The levy is calculated on the basis of the number of kilograms of pipfruit sold or exported in that year. The levy is intended to fund activities specifically related to pipfruit, including product and market research and development, promotion, quality assurance and education.
