Contaminants Ordinance.

[摘要] The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the limitation of contaminants in foodstuff. Article 1 establishes that it is forbidden to bring into circulation foodstuff which exceed the maximum residues levels listed in the Annex. The text – consisting of 7 articles – deals with the following aspects: definition of terms, maximum levels, storage and conservation , marking, sampling and penalties. One Annex is enclosed.
