Meat Hygiene Ordinance.
[摘要] An Ordinance to regulate the hygienic requirements for animal and meat examinations. Animals to be slaughtered must be marked so that they can be identified. Moreover, they must be registered for the official examination by the competent authority. The examination of animals to be slaughtered must comply with the requirements set out in Annex 1; also, the examined parts must be marked according to quality.
