[摘要] The purpose of the present Act is, inter alia, to ensure that liquor is purchased, sold, consumed and manufactured in a manner that is in the public interest. Section 3 establishes that the Gaming Control Commission is continued under the name "Liquor and Gaming Authority of Manitoba”. The authority has the following duties in respect of liquor: a) to regulate persons who sell, serve or manufacture liquor; b) to provide information and advice to the Minister about activities respecting liquor.
