Ministerial Decree No. 249 validating the Regulation on State Supervision Agency over Manufacturing and Trade of Ethyl Alcohol and Liquors.

[摘要] This Ministerial Decree establishes that State Supervision Agency over Manufacturing and Trade of Ethyl Alcohol and Liquors shall be the authorized state institution in the sphere of state control and supervision over manufacturing and trade of ethyl alcohol, alcohol-containing products and spirituous liquors. Basic tasks of the Agency shall be: (a) implementation of the national policy in the sphere of manufacturing and trade of ethyl alcohol, alcohol-containing products and spirituous liquors;
