Decree updating Decree No. 209 of 1996 governing food additives allowed in the preparation and preservation of foodstuffs, pursuant to Directive 2006/52/EC.
[摘要] This Decree updates the provisions laid down under articles 14(1) and 16(2) of Decree No. 209 of 1996 concerning food additives allowed in the preparation and preservation of food products. These amendments deal in particular with carriers, which are defined as those substances used to dissolve, dilute, disperse or otherwise physically modify a food additive or flavouring without altering its function in order to facilitate its handling, application or use.
