Law No. 1391-VI amending Law No.481/95-VR of 1995 “On state regulation of processing and trade of ethyl alcohol, cognac and fruit alcohol, alcoholic beverages and tobaccos.”

[摘要] Article 2 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Processing of ethyl alcohol (including alcohol for medicinal purposes), rectified grape alcohol, ethyl spirits, and rectified fruit spirit shall be performed exclusively at state enterprises, while processing of bioethanol shall be authorized of all forms of ownership on condition of holding licences”.
