Commission Regulation (EC) No. 544/2003 amending Annexes I and II to Council Regulation (EEC) No. 2377/90 laying down a Community procedure for the establishment of maximum residue limits of veterinary medicinal products in foodstuffs of animal origin

[摘要] Annexes I and II to Regulation (EEC) No 2377/90 are hereby amended as set out in the Annex hereto. In particular, anti-infectious agents (antibiotics and polypeptides) shall be added to the list of pharmacologically active substances for which maximum residue levels have been fixed, which is contained under Annex I. On the other side, inorganic chemicals shall be inserted in the list of substances not subject to maximum residue levels laid down in Annex II.
