Ministerial Joint Decree No. 81/2005 amending a number of provisions of the Food Code in accordance with Council Directive 2003/115/EC amending Directive 94/35/EC on sweeteners for use in foodstuffs.

[摘要] Pursuant to the second amendment of Council Directive 94/35/EC on sweeteners for use in foodstuffs, this Decree brings forth a revision to a number of provisions of the Food Code related thereto. More specifically articles Nos. 6, 41, 42, 58, 68, 80, 90, 91, 99, 103, 114, 125, 131, 132, 133, 137, 141, 142, 144, 146 and 147 are subjected to amendments providing for the addition of tables regarding newly-added sweeteners.
