Commission Decision 2004/360/EC laying down special conditions for imports of fishery products from Zimbabwe.

[摘要] Fishery products imported into the European Community from Zimbabwe shall meet the requirements established by the present Decision. Each consignment shall be accompanied by a health certificate to be compiled according to the model laid down in Annex I. The products shall come from approved establishments, factory vessels, or cold stores, or from registered freezer vessels listed in Annex II. Article 5 specifies the information to be shown in the packages.
