Ordinance implementing the Market Structural Act.

[摘要] The present Ordinance implements the Market Structural Act in its version of 26 September 1990 (BGBl. I p. 2134). In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the designation of authorities responsible for the efficient enforcement of the afore-mentioned Act. The text consists of 6 articles.
