Pesticides (Maximum Residue Levels in Crops, Food and Feeding Stuffs) (England and Wales) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2006 (S.I. No. 1742 of 2006).

[摘要] These Regulations amend the Pesticides (Maximum Residue Levels in Crops, Food and Feeding Stuffs) (England and Wales) Regulations 2005 so as to implement Commission Directives 2006/4/EC, 2006/9/EC and 2006/30/EC. They substitute certain new maximum residue levels in Schedule 2 to the Principal Regulations and replace the residue for specified pesticides. They make also other amendments to Schedule 1 and 2 of the principal Regulations.
