Act containing new rules relative to the development of production, placing on the market and pricing of agricultural products (Agriculture Act).

[摘要] This Act establishes an arrangement for the development of the market for agricultural products, including fishery products from aquaculture. It lays down rules relative to the internal market for these products and provide for the collaboration of Product Branch Organizations in this respect. It also provides for the collection of information regarding the sector and grants regulation-making powers to the Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Food.
