Foods for Specific Groups (Scotland) Regulations 2016 (S.I. No. 190 of 2016).

[摘要] These Regulations make provision for the execution and enforcement by local authorities in Scotland of certain provisions of Regulation (EU) 609/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council on food intended for infants and young children, food for special medical purposes, and total diet replacement for weight control. They also provide for offences and penalties and modify certain provisions of the Food Safety Act 1990 for enforcement purposes.
