[摘要] This Law, consisting of 4 articles, regulates commercialisation requirements for banana “in natura” within the State of São Paulo. It establishes terms and conditions to perform the above mentioned activity according to Law No. 13.174. Offences and penalties for illegal activity are specified in the text.
