Law amending Law on Trademarks and Geographical Indications.

[摘要] Article 40 shall be amended to add the following wording: “The Cabinet of Ministers establishes the modalities of protection and registration of the places of geographical indications of the origin of agricultural commodities and foodstuffs, and the list thereof”.
