Legislative Decree No. 178 laying down corrigenda and addenda to Legislative Decree No. 114 of 2006 implementing Directives 2003/89/EC, 2004/77/EC and 2005/63/EC as regards indication of the ingredients present in foodstuffs, and implementing Directive 2006/142/EC.

[摘要] This Legislative Decree amends Legislative Decree No. 114 of 2006 by replacing article 6, dealing with exemptions from the obligation to indicate ingredients present in foodstuffs. Moreover, it supplements Annex 1, Section III by including lupin, molluscs and derived products in the list of ingredients which must under all circumstances appear on the labelling of foodstuffs, as they are likely to cause adverse reactions in susceptible individuals.
