[摘要] These Regulations amend the Sugar Investment Trust (Election of Directors and Representatives) Regulations 2012 in regulation 6 by revoking paragraph (c) and replacing it by the following paragraph: (c) an election under section 6 of the Act shall be held not later than August 2012. Regulation 6 concerns the election of the Board and representatives in milling factories.
