[摘要] This document elaborates rules on the inspection of Trichinella in meat for human consumption. Among the guidelines in this document, these instructions apply to exceptions for Trichinella examination of herds, Trichinella examination of meat (including game), requirements for laboratory tests and reporting of laboratory findings of Trichinella.
