Decree No. 223 of 2007 amending the Decree based on the Commodities Act concerning adding of micro nutritional substances to food, the Decree Administrative Sanctions made under the Commodities Act in relation with Regulation (EC) No. 1925/2006 and the Decree on the preparation and handling of food in relation with Regulation (EC) No. 178/2002.

[摘要] This Decree amends the Decree based on the Commodities Act concerning adding of micro-nutritional substances to food and other legislation so as to implement provisions of Regulation (EC) No. 1925/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the addition of vitamins and minerals and of certain other substances to foods.
