Law No. 70 of 2009 regulating the trade and sale of birds and chicken.

[摘要] This law is composed of 5 articles and it regulates the process of trade, and sale market of birds and chicken. Article one states that the trade of birds and chicken should abide by the requirements and the procedures set by the Minister of Agriculture and in slaughterhouses assigned by the Minister himself. The Law prohibits as well the sale or trade of waste of its circulation. Article 2 states that all chicken or birds suspected of illness will be slaughtered in authorized slaughterhouses. T
