Regional Law No. 46 amending Regional Law No. 69 “On state regulation of manufacturing and trade of ethyl alcohol and spirits”.

[摘要] Article 1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “State regulation of manufacturing and trade of ethyl alcohol and spirits shall be aimed at protection of morality, public health, rights and legal interests of citizens”.
