Instruction of the Minister of Health No. 778/Menkes/Inst/VII/1999 RE Monitoring of Environmental Quality.

[摘要] The Instruction enforces the provisions for envronmental quality monitoring for water, soil, air and crops in order to assess eventual residues of heavy metal that could affect the health of miners, mining industries personnel and fishermen. Controls on air, water and soil shall be performed every three months, while analysis for detection of metal contents on blood, urine and breast milk shall be performed every six months.
