Decree laying down provisions on the recognition and control of fruit and vegetable producers’ organizations and their associations.

[摘要] This Decree lay down rules concerning the recognition of fruit and vegetable producers’ organizations as well as their associations. The Regions shall be responsible for such recognition. The Decree specifies the conditions for obtaining the recognition and defines the procedure to be followed.
