Fruit Juices and Fruit Nectars Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2003 (S.R. No. 305 of 2003).

[摘要] These Regulations implement for Northern Ireland Council Directive 2001/112/EC relating to fruit juices and certain similar products intended for human consumption. They: (a) prescribe definitions and reserved descriptions for certain designated fruit juice products; (b) prescribe the raw materials, treatment processes and additional ingredients to be used in preparation of designated products; (c) prescribe minimum fruit juice content for products bearing the reserved description "fruit nectar"
