Bovine Viral Diarrhoea (Scotland) Amendment (No. 2) Order 2013 (S.S.I. No. 337 of 2013).

[摘要] This Order amends the Bovine Viral Diarrhoea (Scotland) Order 2013 in various provisions concerning, among other things: the issuing of notices, licences or approvals; blood sampling arrangements for breeding herds; new definitions of “current BVD finding” and “infected animal”; the BVD status of a breeding herd or breeding bovine animal; notification of test results confirming the presence of BVDV in relation to an identified calf or bovine animal and other notifications.
