Food Safety (Fishery Products) Ordinance, 1996.

[摘要] This Ordinance makes provision for the safety of fishery products imported and/or placed on the market in Guernsey. It also makes provision with respect to fish products to be exported to an EEA State. The Ordinance, among other things: provides for the approval of factory vessels and fish processing establishments and sets out rules relative to hygiene on approved vessels and in approved establishments.
