Wine Form Ordinance.

[摘要] The present Ordinance implements articles 27 and 28 of the Wine Act 2009 dealing with forms and accompanying documents for the transport of wine and wine products. The said Ordinance lays down in detail the procedures to be followed when transporting such goods, with particular reference to the relevant documents. The text consists 2 Parts divided into 11 articles as follows: Forms for the transport of wine products (1); Other forms (2).
