Commission Regulation (EC) No. 1220/2003 amending Regulation (EC) No. 883/2001 laying down detailed rules for implementing Council Regulation (EC) No. 1493/1999 as regards trade with third countries in products in the wine sector.

[摘要] This Regulation lays down particular amendments to Regulation (EC) No. 883/2001 relating to trade with third countries in products in the wine sector. Article 2 (3) and (4), article 4, point (a) in article 12 (3), article 14 (1) and article 33 (1) (b) are replaced by the provisions contained in article 1 hereto. Moreover, Annexes I, II and III are replaced by the Annexes attached to this Regulation.
