[摘要] This Law, consisting of 6 articles, creates the State Programme on incentives to the production of cachaça (PRÓ-CACHAÇA). The Programme Administration is entitled for the following activities: to register and control the production lands and the quality of the product; to promote the commercialization and exports of "cachaças", as well as to promote the technical and economic development of producers; to promote research and experiments aiming at improving production methods for cachacha quality
