Commission Decision 2004/629/EC repealing Decision 2002/794/EC concerning certain protective measures with regard to poultrymeat, poultrymeat products and poultrymeat preparations intended for human consumption and imported from Brazil.

[摘要] Since the Commission has not received, through the rapid alert system, any further notification of nitrofurans and their metabolites in poultrymeat from Brazil, the present Decision repeals Decision 2002/794/EC establishing protective measures with regard to poultrymeat, poultrymeat products and poultrymeat preparations intended for human consumption and imported from Brazil.
