[摘要] This Directive lays down certain amendments to Directive 2001/114/EC concerning partly or wholly dehydrated milk for human consumption. Firstly, it deletes article 2, which allows Member States to authorize the addition of vitamins to those products. Secondly, it amends and supplements points 1-4 of the Annex.
