Skimmed Milk Ordinance – Public Storage.

[摘要] The present Ordinance provides for the enforcement of various EU-directives concerning public storage of skimmed milk. Article 2 establishes that the Federal Institute of Agriculture and Food is entrusted with the execution of the present Ordinance. The text – consisting of 7 articles – deals with the following aspects: sphere of application, competence, authorization of enterprises, registration and conservation duties, toleration and participation duties and entry into force.
