Notification No. 2011/34 on methods of sampling for the official control of pesticide residues in foodstuffs.

[摘要] This Notification sets forth the methods and procedures of sampling and analysis of the levels of pesticides in certain foodstuffs for official controls. The Notification consists 10 articles and 5 annex clauses. The Notification is drafted in accordance with the Commission Directive 2002/63/EC establishing community methods of sampling for the official control of pesticide residues in and on products of plant and animal origin and repealing Directive 79/700/EEC.
