Decree No. 17 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food validating the Regulation on issuance of quality certificates for grain, flour and cereals destined for import and export.

[摘要] This Decree sets forth the modalities of issuance of quality certificates for grain, flour and cereals destined for import and export with a view of establishing state supervision and control over lots of grain destined for import and export for the purpose of prevention of supply to consumers of poor quality or non-complying with quality requirements produce. Quality certificates shall be issued by the national institution "State grain inspection".
