Regulation establishing methods of analysis relating to evaluation of honey.
[摘要] The Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of three paragraphs and one Annex, establishes methods of analysis relating to evaluation of honey quality, and in particular, marking water and other substances in honey, methods of verifying organoleptic requirements of honey and checking signs of fermentation. All these methods are specified in the Annex.
