Materials and Articles in Contact with Food Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2010 (S.R. No. 321 of 2010).

[摘要] These Regulations implement for Northern Ireland Community legislation introducing a positive Community list of additives approved for use in the manufacture of plastic materials and articles intended to come into contact with foods. The Regulations, among other things: define offences; provide for designation of the competent authorities; and provide rules and standards applicable to the use of certain substances.
