[摘要] The aim of this Notification is to ensure that honey is produced with the right technique and sanitary procedures. It encloses honey produced by the honey bee (Apis mellifera). The Notification further sets forth the product features of honey and the rules and procedures of preparation, processing, packaging, conservation, storage, transportation and sales.
